our story
different shipments
one place to start.
a parcel. something urgent. a pallet. something overseas. something fragile. tell us what needs moving, where and when. we'll take it from there.
why we started
shipping shouldn't need homework.
most people don't want to work out whether they need a courier, a same-day driver, a freight company or an international service. whether it's a gift for family overseas, a first order for a small brand, or stock heading to europe — they just need it moved.
parchel is one place to start for all of it. tell us what it is, where it is, where it needs to go and when, and we arrange the right way to move it through carrier partners. london customers can choose our collection and packing service; elsewhere in the uk, carriers collect parcels you have packed yourself. for international parcels, we help prepare paperwork from the details you confirm.
we operate locally across london, which means real accountability — a real team, reachable directly, for every booking.
why parchel
different by design.
one place to start
uk parcels, international parcels, same-day, business shipping, pallets and freight, and art and antiques. whatever you're sending, start here.
trusted carrier partners
we work with established carriers and choose the right service for each shipment, so you don't have to shop around.
taken care of
we arrange collection and dispatch, help with customs paperwork where needed, and support you with tracking and carrier queries. parchel checking and packing are available in greater london.
transparent pricing
compare available parcel services before you book. your card is authorised for the estimated total; the final price depends on the packed parcel and selected service. a lower final rate means you pay less; an increase needs your approval before dispatch.
smart sizing
upload a photo and we suggest the right box size based on weight, dimensions and item type.
local and accountable
a london-based team, directly reachable by email, with a direct interest in getting every booking right.
where we collect
london packing. uk collection.
we ship across the uk and worldwide. our doorstep collection and packing is launching in london from canary wharf, and we collect across greater london — westminster, kensington and chelsea, hammersmith and fulham, wandsworth, lambeth, southwark, tower hamlets, hackney, islington, camden, brent, ealing, hounslow, richmond, kingston, merton, sutton, croydon, bromley, lewisham, greenwich, bexley, havering, barking and dagenham, redbridge, newham, waltham forest, haringey, enfield, barnet, harrow, hillingdon, and the city of london.
free doorstep collection is available as a launch promotion until 31st october 2026. canary wharf and e14 customers can request same-day collection before the daily cutoff; elsewhere in greater london, same-day or next-day slots depend on availability. we confirm your collection arrangements with you.
outside greater london, available carriers collect from your actual pickup address. choose self pack and have your sealed parcel ready: parchel checking, repacking and premium pack are not included in nationwide carrier collection. availability depends on your postcode, parcel and chosen service.
uk and worldwide shipping.
we arrange shipping across the uk and to supported international destinations. available services depend on the destination, parcel and contents. check the options shown during booking, or contact us if your destination isn't listed.
sending something same-day, shipping for a business, moving pallets or freight, or shipping art and antiques? tell us what needs moving and we'll quote.
same-day estimates are a starting price, subject to courier availability. we check the options and send your final quote to accept before arranging the courier. sending a quote request or checking an estimate does not book a driver.
